Sometimes service like this can not catch up the speed of on line buying demand. So look like the service is not optimum. Need training of services. Especially people who have interfaces with customer.

This is the way JNE add for insurance to look after and deliver in a good condition at final destination . If no insurance believe me ; they gonna bang bang and don’t care your valuable things.
