★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang tertukar gak diurusin, padahal kesalahan dari mereka yg salah nempel alamat yg bagian luar. Cuma ngajuin komplain ke jne pusat doang, abis itu gk prnh di-follow up lagi, 3 minggu gak kelar2, gk ada info apa2 jg. Jadi mending langsung urus ke jne pusat, daripada buang2 waktu. Di sini sering banget sih human error, dulu smpt dari mereka salah ketik no rumah, jadi akhirnya paket ilang. Gak diurusin juga. Udah gitu udah salah, ngotot lagi. Gak lagi2 sih kirim di sini, mending ke agen lain ??

So it's better to take care directly to the central jne, rather than wasting time. Human errors often occur here. Many of them used typos in their house number, so finally the package disappeared. Not taken care of too. It's already been wrong, insisted again. Not anymore, send it here, it's better to another agent ??
