Lebih baik usahakan di perbaharui lg tuk karyawan jne nya buat netap simpan paket di tmpt, biar paket ga smpai bolak balik trs dlm bbrp hari. Kasian soal ny, Saya ad kejadian nya sudah 20 hari paket saya stuck di gudang sunter. Bolak balik di bawa sama karyawan nya dri gudang sunter ke apartemenpke mobil jne. Mau ambil paket dri agak susah dan di persulit soal kabar paket. Hanya di resi ny tertulis rumah/kantor kosong. Yg dmn arti ny rmh kosong it paket ny sudah ada di mobil jne. Tak pernah sekalipun resi saya berubah kalau ad notif (paket telah sampai). Pdhal sudah mnjadi kewajiban kryawan jne memberitakan ke konsumen klau paket sampai di tjuan. Untung ny pket yg blm seberapa, klau yg lg butuh bgt atau pketny jutaan ud kocar kacir orgny.
The JNE ad is located in the Chrysant tower, not yet small. It's better to try to update the jne employees to keep the package stored, so that the package doesn't go back and forth in a few days. Poor problem, I have happened 20 days before my package was stuck in the sunter warehouse. The commute was brought back by his employees from the sunter warehouse to the apartment to the jne car. The package is already in the jne car. Never once did my receipt change if it was ad notification (the package arrived). Even though it has become an obligation for employees to report to consumers, the package arrives at the destination.
