★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah langganan dr sebelum Covid, Kualitas pengiriman dan pick up barangnya bagus, tapi setelah re open psbb covid kualitasnya menurun jauh, kyknya ganti orang baru, dan orangnya parah, bilang pick up jam 11 pagi ditungguin akhirnya gk dateng pick up hari itu, dan besok sorenya baru dateng.
Already subscribed before Covid, the quality of delivery and pick-up of the goods is good, but after re-opening the Covid PSBB the quality has decreased considerably, it seems like a new person is changing, and the person is bad, say pick up at 11 am awaited finally won't come pick up that day, and tomorrow just arrived in the afternoon

Very slow response. Asked for the package to be picked up, promised at 1 pm to 3 pm not picked up too, called and WA didn't pick up and didn't reply.
