★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kehilangan beberapa lembar baju dalam paketan saya,tadi saya ke tempat JNE (pelayanannya sangat... ) dan sekarang saya sedang menunggu konfirmasi CS JNE. tadi juga saya minta diputarkan cctv tapi tidak dapat diputarkan dengan alasan cctv bulan februari sudah terhapus . Saya harap CS JNE dapat memberi konfirmasi secara jelas secepatnya (tanggap terhadap saran dan laporan pelanggan). Terima kasih untuk pelayanannya???
I lost a few sheets of clothing in my package, I went to JNE (the service was very ...) and now I'm waiting for confirmation of JNE CS. I also asked to be cctv but was not able to be circulated because the cctv in February had been erased. I hope JNE CS can confirm clearly as soon as possible (responsive to customer suggestions and reports). Thank you for the service???

Better JNE. Many cing cong, many rules make your own. E-commerce goods don't want to print, I want them to print at 5 in the afternoon. Cuih

Petugas di counter ramah dan menjelaskan dengan baik, serta melayani dengan cekatan.
Ketentuan terbaru yakni penerapan Protokol Kesehatan dilakukan dengan baik yakni maksimal 1 orang pelanggan dalam sekali layanan. Ini cukup baik karena tadi ada yg bermaksud masuk tetap dengan sopan diminta menunggu di luar dan bergantian.
Jam layanan juga OK, karena non stop hari libur ttp buka, dan di hari kerja mulai pagi sampai malam.
Di antara kelebihan, tentu ada hal yg perlu ditingkatkan seperti parkiran yang kurang, walau memang bisa disiasati dg parkir di sekitar masjid.

The latest provision, namely the implementation of the Health Protocol is carried out properly, namely a maximum of 1 customer per service. This is good enough because someone who intended to enter was politely asked to wait outside and take turns.
Service hours are also OK, because it is non-stop on holidays but open, and on weekdays from morning to night.
Among the advantages, of course there are things that need to be improved such as less parking, although it can be tricked by parking around the mosque.
