★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan ramah, cepat, tempatnya pun sekarang udah cukup nyaman meski nunggu antrian cukup lama.. jam buka lebih panjang dibanding agen-agen JNE lain di sekitarnya.. jam 8 mlm lewat sekalipun masih dilayanin kok.. sangat membantu..
 friendly, fast service, the place is now quite comfortable even though waiting for the queue for a long time .. opening hours are longer than other JNE agents in the vicinity .. at 8 mlm even though it's still served ... really helpful ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meskipun t4 nya kecil, & parkirannya pun sempit, tp servicenya oke, jam kerjanya panjang hingga malem, serta ada pelayanan pick up sehingga konsumen ga perlu repot2 nganter k jne, kurirnya yg akan ambil barang kita utk dikirim..Recommended lah bagi warga sekitaran nanas, malabar, & bango raya..
Even though the t4 is small, and the parking lot is narrow, but the service is okay, the working hours are long until late at night, and there is a pick up service so that consumers don't have to bother waiting for them, the courier will pick up our goods for delivery ... Recommend it for residents around pineapples , malabar, & bango raya ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman lumayan antre di admin. Ada 2 admin tapi cuma 1 yang bekerja. Yang satu lagi ga ngerti apa dy owner atau gabut.. bisa bayar cash,gopay,ovo. atau shopee pay.
Delivery is quite queued at admin. There are 2 admins but only 1 is working. The other one doesn't understand what dy owner or withdraw .. can pay cash, go pay, ovo. or shopee pay.
