Lokasi di tengah kota, akses dekat kemanapun, perlengkapan rumah lengkap.
Ada baiknya dilengkapi juga dengan kulkas supaya lebih nyaman lagi. Karena jika menginap rame2 perlu tempat penyimpanan untuk buah, minum, dan frozen food.
Lain kali kami pasti akan menginap di Jiwanta Homestay jika berlibur ke Jogja.

 Nice and clean
Location in the middle of the city, close access anywhere, complete home equipment.
It is better if it is equipped with a refrigerator to make it even more comfortable. Because if you stay, you need a storage place for fruit, drinking, and frozen food.
Next time we will definitely stay at Jiwanta Homestay if on vacation in Jogja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home stay yg bener2 hommy, bersih, deket pusat kekota mau kemana aja deket, pagi jajan pasar berderet2. Ada mbak penunggu rumah, tinggal ditambah wastafel dan wifi perfecto.
Home stay that is really hommy, clean, near the center of the city, where you want to go near, in the morning snacking at the market in rows. There is a housekeeper, just add a sink and perfecto wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumahnya nyaman dan luas, sirkulasi udara baik, kamar bersih dan nyaman, peralatan dapur lengkap, ruangan di bawah untuk tamu dan ruangan di lantai 2 untuk asisten rumah tangga. Lokasinya strategis, dekat kemana-mana karena berada dekat tengah kota. Pemiliknya (pak Untung) baik, ramah dan komunikatif, banyak memberikan informasi tempat wisata dan kuliner di Jogja, rekomendasinya bagus-bagus.
Saran saya karena saya menginap long stay (sekitar seminggu), mungkin akan lebih baik jika homestay bisa dibersihkan setiap hari atau beberapa hari sekali, atau jika tidak ingin mengganggu privasi tamu, mungkin bisa ditawarkan apakah akan dibersihkan atau tidak. Secara keseluruhan saya merasa puas menginap di Jiwanta Homestay. Terima kasih Jiwanta ?
The house is comfortable and spacious, good air circulation, clean and comfortable rooms, complete kitchen equipment, a room downstairs for guests and a room on the 2nd floor for housekeepers. The location is strategic, close to everywhere because it is near the city center. The owner (Mr. Untung) is kind, friendly and communicative, provides a lot of information on tourist and culinary places in Jogja, good recommendations.
My advice because I stay long stay (about a week), maybe it would be better if the homestay can be cleaned every day or every few days, or if you don't want to disturb guest privacy, maybe you can offer whether to clean or not. Overall I was satisfied staying at Jiwanta Homestay. Thank you Jiwanta ?
