Masih dalam pembanguan juga sih sebagian, cuma itu. Bagusnya ada CCTV, g bagusnya beli makanan jauh. Jadi yg punya duit banyak, yg punya kendaraan. Cocok disini. Itu sih menurut saya (ｑο½₯Οο½₯ｑ)
This is for someone who has a salary of 10 million or more ...
It's still partially built, that's all. The good is CCTV, it's good to buy food far away. So who has a lot of money, who has a vehicle. Suitable here. That's what I think (ｑ ο½₯ Ο ο½₯ｑ)

β β β β β Sangat tidak recommended untuk kos disini :
- Kamar sangat kecil sekitar (2x1m), sangat pas hanya untuk kasur, lemari, dan wc
- meja digambar adalah meja yang saya beli sendiri tanpa dari kosan, dan dapat dilihat karena sangat sempit maka meja harus diletakkan pas disebelah kasur.
- listrik bisa mati 4-5 kali per malam, seakan-akan daya listriknya kurang
- pada saat minggu ke 2 saya tinggal disini, Kos ini tiba-tiba renovasi untuk ekspansi sehingga cukup berisik pembangunannya pada saat pagi-sore hari dan tidak diberitahu sampai saya tanyakan ke tukangnya rupanya pembangungan bisa sampai 6 BULAN !
- Deposit saya baru kembali 3 bulan setelah saya keluar, harus difollow up terus staff kosannya karena bisa terlupakan issue tersebut.
It is not recommended for boarding houses here:
- The room is very small around (2x1m), very fitting only for a mattress, wardrobe and toilet
- The table drawn is a table that I bought myself without from the boarding house, and it can be seen that because it is very narrow, the table must be placed right next to the mattress.
- electricity can go out 4-5 times per night, as if the power is not enough
- During the 2nd week I stayed here, this boarding house suddenly had renovations for expansion so it was quite noisy in the early evening and was not informed until I asked the builder, apparently the construction could take up to 6 MONTHS!
- My deposit just returned 3 months after I left, I have to be followed up by the boarding staff because the issue could be forgotten.

β β β β β suka tiba-tiba di renovasi padahal lagi pandemi covid jd merasa terganggu karena banyak tukang. Kulkas cuma 2, padahal penghuni lebih dari 25 orang, apalagi kulkas yg dilantai 1 suka penuh dan bau.

β β β β β Bersih, aman, dan nyaman, karena ada pembantu yang stay dan ada penjaga kosan yang suka datang tiap minggu ke kosan.. Jadi ini tuh Kos laki2 dan wanita, 4 lantai.. ada CCTV di setiap sudut koridor, ada TV di ruang tamu, range harga kamar net 1,5-1,9jt per bulan tergantung luasnya kamar. Fasilitas dalam kamar : kasur, lemari mini, meja, AC, wifi, kamar mandi dalam, ada air panas untuk mandi, exhaust fan di kamar mandi. Fasilitas sharing : dapur (kompor, gas, area cuci piring), lemari es, mesin cuci, jemuran, setrika+mejanya, dispenser.. Menurut aku sih worthed dengan harga segitu.
Clean, safe, and comfortable, because there are helpers who stay and there are boarding guards who like to come every week to the boarding house. So this is a boarding house for men and women, 4 floors ... there is CCTV in every corner of the corridor, there is a TV in the living room net room price range 1.5-1.9 million per month depending on the area of ββthe room. Amenities in the room: a mattress, a mini wardrobe, desk, air conditioning, wifi, bathroom, no hot water to shower, exhaust fan in the bathroom. Sharing facilities: kitchen (stove, gas, dish washing area), fridge, washing machine, clothesline, iron + table, dispenser ... I think it's worthed at that price.

β β β β β Space yg tersisa di kamar sangat sedikit karena udah penuh sama perabotan dari kost, mungkin bisa di perkecil lagi dari ukuran kasur biar ada space tambahan buat anak kos narok barang lainnya atau ganti lemari nya ke yg lebih besar
There is very little space left in the room because it is already full of furniture from the boarding house, maybe it can be reduced again from the size of the mattress so that there is additional space for the boarding child to store other items or change the wardrobe to a bigger one
