β β β β β Bulan Maret'21 lalu, badan panas meriang.. didiagnosa tipes, dikasih obat utk 2 hari pemakaian. Masih ga sembuh.
Hari ke 3 datang lagi, dengan dokter berbeda (jadwal jaga nya beda mungkin). Didiagnosis sama, tipes. Karena ga percaya, sy minta dosis lebih kuat dr sebelumnya. 2 hari minum obat tetep masih panas dan meriang.
Pindah dokter/klinik lain, cek darah (untuk menguji apakah saya tipes atau tidak). Hasilnya malah positif covid, di klinik lain langsung dibuatkan rujukan ke RS besar..
Sejak saat itu saya mulai meragukan kemampuan klinik JB Medika. Buat yang mau berobat, silakan dicek ya...biasanya begitu registrasi, dipanggil dokter, kita ditanyain keluhan dan kita jawab keluhan kita, eee saat itu juga resep selesai ditulis... Ebuseeet, ya kita tahu dokter mungkin sudah pengalaman karena menangani banyak pasien, tapi setidaknya lakukan diagnosa dengan cermat, lakukan kaidah-kaidah diagnosa dengan seharusnya. Sampai kadang berpikir ini dokter apa dukun bisa tahu sakit apa tanpa dicek kondisi pasien....
Last March'21, the body was hot and feverish.. Diagnosed with typhoid, given medicine for 2 days of use. Still not healed.
The 3rd day came again, with a different doctor (the schedule might be different). Diagnosed the same, typhus. Because I didn't believe it, I asked for a stronger dose than before. 2 days of taking medicine still hot and feverish.
Changed to another doctor/clinic, blood check (to test whether I have typhoid or not). The result was even positive for covid, at another clinic, a referral was immediately made to a big hospital..
Since then I began to doubt the ability of JB Medika clinic. For those who want to seek treatment, please check it... usually when we register, the doctor is called, we are asked about our complaints and we answer our complaints, eee at that moment the prescription is finished writing... Ebuseet, yes, we know the doctor may have experience because he treats many patients , but at least do the diagnosis carefully, do the diagnostic rules properly. Until sometimes I think this is a doctor or a shaman who can know what pain is without checking the patient's condition....

β β β β β Good, terima BPJS, tempatnya lumayan rapih, bersih, lumayan banyak yang antri, pendaftaran lantai 1 arah kanan, berobat dokter umum di lantai 2. Bulan Jul 2017 jika bayar sendiri harganya agak lumayan.
Good, thank BPJS, the place is pretty neat, clean, quite a lot of people are queuing up, register the 1st floor to the right, go to a general practitioner on the 2nd floor.

β β β β β Pelayanannya buruk, tidak baik, tidak ramah. Tutup aja songong2 pula tidak mencerminkan sikap profesional, padahal tidak pakai bpjs
The service is bad, not good, not friendly. Just close it, it doesn't reflect a professional attitude, even though you don't use BPJS

β β β β β Pas berobat pasiennya ada aja, ga pernah liat sepi pengunjung bidan sama dokternya ramah. Antigen murah, cepet juga
When the patient was treated, there was only one patient, I've never seen a deserted visitor, the midwife and the doctor were friendly. Cheap antigen, fast too

β β β β β Pada ketus bgt mungkin capek kali ya...? Dokternya hanya bertanya tanya tanpa melakukan pemeriksaan (mungkin karena pandemi)... Mereka hanya mengdiagnosa dari cuma cerita pasien lalu memberikan resep ?... Tanpa melakukan pemeriksaan ?
I'm so curt, maybe I'm tired this time... The doctor just asked questions without doing an examination (maybe because of the pandemic)... They only diagnose from just the patient's story and then give a prescription ?... Without doing an examination ?

β β β β β Demi apapun pelayanannya jelek bgt, 2 kali diusir suruh nunggu diluar pdhal posisinya ujan besar dan klinik sepi cuma isi 2 pasien. Obatnya dikasihin gitu aja ga diplastikin di geletakin dimeja wkw bener bener ga sesuai sm moto nya yg katanya melayani dengan bersahabat dan seperti keluarga. Mana susternya ga professional bgt cekikikan ketawa ketiwi Mulu ngobrol sm temennya. Haduh gangerti lagi.
For whatever reason, the service was really bad, 2 times they were sent away and told to wait outside even though the position was heavy and the clinic was empty, only 2 patients. The medicine is given just like that, not plasticized on the table, it really doesn't match its motto, which says to serve in a friendly and family-like manner. Where the nurse is so unprofessional giggling and laughing while Mulu is talking to her friend. Come on gangerti again.

β β β β β Cuma mo bilang, jgn sembarang ngometari nama anak org yaaa.. Nama anak saya jadi olok2n tenaga medis, bas attitude sekali.. Di bagian penerimaan resep..
Nama selalu ada arti dan harapan orgtua, belajar spelling ya biar kosa kata pengucapanya bertambah..
Bad service semua nakes dsini termasuk dokter yg ga mau meriksa secara detail dan menyeluruh dan juga susah untuk memberi rujukan
Mba yg tadi ngemeng nama anak saya susah, belajar yaa
Ga usah julit di benahi manners untuk pengunjung pasien harus sopan, mau pasien berbayar/BPJS
Semoga hari mba2 disana menyenangkan, menyenangkan dengan tidak julit terhadap org lain..
Btw saya tidak memaafkan yaa ??

Names always have meaning and parental expectations, learn spelling so that your vocabulary will increase..
Bad service for all health workers here, including doctors who don't want to check in detail and thoroughly and it's also difficult to give referrals

You don't have to be difficult to fix the manners for visitors, patients must be polite, want patients to pay / BPJS
