★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama, Owner dan teknisinya ramah-ramah dan informatif. Tempatnya bersih banget, lantai kinclong udah bukan kayak bengkel, nyaman deh.
Mobil saya Grand livina 2007, 3 bulan terakhir AC ga dingin. Begitu datang langsung diagnosa penyakitnya, begitu ketahuan masalahnya langsung komunikasi solusi dan dampaknya. deal lanjut servis, servisnya cepet banget (sebelumnya pernah servis tempat lain hingga 3 jam, ini hanya 1jam). Ada ruang tunggu ber-AC, plus free kopi dan minum, nyaman deh.
Free fogging pula, AC langsung nyess, harum dan hygenis. plus, garansi 3 bulan. Top, service excelent!
 First impression, the owner and technicians are friendly and informative. The place is very clean, the floor is shiny, it's not like a workshop, it's comfortable.
My car is a 2007 Grand livina, the last 3 months the AC has not been cold. As soon as the diagnosis of the disease comes, as soon as the problem is discovered, the solution and its impact are immediately communicated. the deal continues, the service is really fast (previously serving other places for up to 3 hours, this is only 1 hour). There is an air-conditioned waiting room, plus free coffee and drinks, it's comfortable.
Free fogging too, the AC immediately sucks, smells good and is hygienic. Plus, 3 months warranty. Top, excellent service!

Terdapat kebocoran yang belum teridentifikasi, sehingga dalam 1-2 hari freon hilang dan Ac panas.
Begitu tiba, langsung dilakukan identifikasi dengan suspect terdapat kebocoran pada kompressor.
Dilakukan pembongkaran, dan selain kebocoran diketahui magnetic clutch sdh kurang layak pakai.
Teknisi dan pemilik menjelaskan problem secara detail sehingga kita paham tanpa ada yang ditutup-tutupi, bahkan pelanggan dipersilahkan ikut masuk ke ruang workshop supaya bisa melihat langsung proses perbaikan yang dilakukan.
Menyarankan penggantian parts, dengan terlebih dulu berdiskusi dengan pelanggan.
Untuk harga part sedikit lebih mahal dibanding dengan harga online, tapi worthed dengan garansi 3 bulan yang diberikan.
Proses pengisian freon menggunakan mesin yang presisi.
Fasilitas ruang tunggu ber AC, musholla bersih.
Sangat memuaskan. Sukses selalu utk Jaya Mulya AC ???
Came here armed with a review on google after a disappointing repair at another AC repair shop.
There is a leak that has not been identified, so within 1-2 days the freon is gone and the AC is hot.
Upon arrival, identification is immediately carried out with the suspect there is a leak in the compressor.
Disassembly was carried out, and apart from the leak, it was discovered that the magnetic clutch was not suitable for use.
Technicians and owners explain the problem in detail so that we understand without hiding anything, even customers are welcome to come into the workshop room so they can see firsthand the repair process carried out.
Suggest replacement of parts, by discussing with the customer first.
Parts are slightly more expensive than online prices, but worth the 3-month warranty provided.
The freon filling process uses a precision machine.
Air-conditioned waiting room facilities, clean prayer room.
