I ask their new picture, but he ask to see the picture in infokost. Unlucky it is old picture. Not show update condition. I was choose it in a rush not clear mind.
Jaya kost has 2 place
Jalan kepu dalam IV (the building is grey)
But i stay at jalan kepu dalam I no 243, next to Sendika.
I think the owner stay at the 1st floor. I book for 1 month but i only c stay for 2 night. No refund from the owner even the owner, i ask him to charge its daily basis (higher then monthly)
The reason that i leave is
- smelly bathroom
- dirt also seen
- rat
- very old bed
- no window (in my room)
I suggest you check and see in person not only see the picture.
