The service is solid. The cs is fast response. I sent a package to Malaysia, it didn't arrive a week, I got the news that it had arrived. Success always kilo.id

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan pernah pake jasa ini.. jangan pernah.. reschedule seenak jidat ga ada konfirmasi.. pengiriman yg ngurus yg Nerima.. ujung2nya pake fed*x mending kirim sendiri.. buat yg belum tau ga usah kirim pake jasa pengiriman ini g ada tanggung jawabnya.. ga profesional.
Never use this service.. never.. rescheduling as fast as you want there is no confirmation.. the delivery that takes care of the recipient.. in the end you use fed*x, better send it yourself.. for those who don't know, don't need to send using this delivery service, there is no responsibility the answer.. not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah pelayanannya.. nanya customer servicenya pake whatsapp udah kayak pake merpati pos dibalasnya sehari sekali dua kali. Hanya utk proses penjemputan barang saja sudah habis waktu 5 hari. Itupun ternyata pake kurir Sicepat! Ya ilah.. kalau mau dikerjain hari itu juga bisa kali. Pesen pick up mah urusan 1 hari beres. Kelewat lelet kerjanya. Dari kita nanya baik2 akhirnya jadi bikin emosi.
Sudah dicek berhari-hari masih bisa salah. Barang sudah sampai di Filipina ternyata gak bisa diterima di wilayahnya.. akhirnya dikirim lagi ke Indonesia dan baru jalan lagi ke kota lain di Filipina setelah beberapa hari.
Setelah sampai -melalui proses berliku2 selama hampir 1 bulan.. dan tidak ada update dr pihak kurir kalau gak ditanya.. di sana kena pajak 400,000an padahal nilai barang 600,000an. Sudah dibayarkan sama penerima, mau diantar katanya harus pelunasan lagi pajak 4,9xx PhP hampir 2 juta. Gak masuk akal itu. Pihak Kilo.id ditanyakan pada bilang ga tau dan ga ada itikad membantu. Ini pertama dan terakhir kali sy pakai jasa Kilo.id. Jangan buang2 waktu dan uang kalian..
Sy ga pernah mau nulis review jelek ke orang. Tapi ini krn udah lewat batas.. moga2 ga ada korban lagi. Tetap mau pakai jasanya.. nikmati aja..
The service is bad.. asking for customer service using whatsapp is like using a carrier pigeon, he replies once a day or two. Only for the process of picking up goods, 5 days have run out. Even then, it turned out to be using a Sicepat courier! Oh my god.. if you want to do it that day, you can do it. The pick up order is a 1 day affair, it's done. Too late for work. From us asking nicely, finally it becomes emotional.
Have checked for days it can still be wrong. The goods arrived in the Philippines and it turned out that they couldn't be received in their territory... finally they were sent back to Indonesia and then they went back to another city in the Philippines after a few days.
After arriving, going through a tortuous process for almost 1 month.. and there is no update from the courier if you don't ask.. there is a tax of 400,000 even though the value of the item is 600,000. It has been paid by the recipient, when they want to deliver it, they say they have to pay back taxes 4.9xx PhP almost 2 million. That doesn't make sense. Kilo.id was asked to say he didn't know and had no intention of helping. This is my first and last time using Kilo.id services. Don't waste your time and money..
I never want to write bad reviews to people. But this is because it's over the line... hopefully there won't be any more victims. Still want to use his services.. just enjoy it..
