Staff memakai masker tapi diturunkan masker nya.
Order first, get it later, prioritize customers who order after me.
The staff wears a mask but the mask is lowered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk rasa kopi janji jiwa dimanapun berada enak,,untuk pelayanan di jam 6.15 utk yg kedua kalinya saya datang,kebetulan karyawan sedang prepare,saya ke store sekali mereka sedang prepare ok katanya 20 menit,setelah 20 menitan saya balik lg tp msh prepare,,pengalaman tdk mengenakan pelayan dsana mengatakan dan menyalahkan saya agar tidak berdiri distore janji jiwa karna bakal rame dan dia bilang dia akan capek dgn ketusnya,,padahal saya berdiri utk membeli dan menanyakan,kenapa terkesan menyalahkan saya padahal ga ada org selain saya!ga sopan!!blg baik2 dan sopan!!fyi saya jg beli dionline sebelum saya datang!
For the taste of the coffee, the promise of the soul wherever it is, is delicious, for service at 6.15 for the second time I came, coincidentally the employees were preparing, I went to the store once they were preparing ok they said 20 minutes, after 20 minutes I came back but still prepared,, the experience of not wearing a waiter there said and blamed me for not standing at the soul promise store because it would be crowded and he said he would be tired of being rude,, even though I stood up to buy and ask, why seem to blame me when there is no one besides me! disrespectful! ! blg nice and polite!! fyi I also bought online before I came!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service nya ngga banget, bad attitude baristanya ?? Iya sih sudah close order, tapi service customer ga seenaknya gitu juga. Sy ngomong, dia dengan ketus jawab "udah close mas" dan ga ada kata maaf atau intonasi yang layaknya front liners terlebih dia ngomong tanpa eye contact (ga ngeliat ke saya). Tolong deh dibenahi lagi service nya ke cuatomer buat yg di downtown summarecon mall serpong! Sebab baru kali ini ke Janji Jiwa service nya amat sangat ga ngenakin! Padahal store lain sebelumnya bagus loh service nya nice, tapi ngga dengan yg di mall SMS ini ?? Thx
The service is not very good, the barista's attitude is bad Yes, the order has been closed, but the customer service is not like that either. When I spoke, he curtly replied "it's closed, mas" and there was no apology or intonation like front liners, especially when he spoke without eye contact (not looking at me). Please fix the service again to the cuatomer for those in downtown Summarecon Mall Serpong! Because this is the first time I've been to Promise Jiwa, the service is very, very uncomfortable! Even though the previous store was good, the service was good, but not with the one at this SMS mall Thx
