★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus, ada toilet dan wastafel didalam. Menunya lengkap, menyediakan cemilan diluar menu janjiw.
Tidak ada pegawai yang menyambut saat masuk, padahal biasanya di cabang lain ada. Tidak ada pengecekan suhu padahal masih pandemi dan banyak kasus di kota ini. Tidak menyediakan wastafel diluar sebelum masuk.
Pegawai tidak menerapkan 5M. Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah dan tidak punya sopan santun sama sekali. Kronologi saat sudah menjelang tutup, pegawai teriak teriak menggunakan bahasa jawa (mungkin dikira saya tidak bisa bahasa jawa) seakan mengusir saya dan teman teman pulang. Padahal bisa dibicarakan baik baik. Bukan hanya sekali, 3 hari setelah kejadian ini, teman saya yg lain datang dan mendapat perlakuan yang sama, bahkan sempat diusir seperti ngusir ayam.
Tolong disekolahkan lagi untuk etikanya. Belajar dengan benar bagaimana sopan santun kepada pelanggan.

There are no employees who welcome you when you enter, even though there are usually other branches. There is no temperature check even though it is still a pandemic and there are many cases in this city. Do not provide a sink outside before entering.
Employees do not apply 5M. The service is very unfriendly and has no manners at all. In the chronology, when it was close to closing, the staff shouted in Javanese (maybe they thought I couldn't speak Javanese) as if driving me and my friends home. Even though it can be discussed well. Not just once, 3 days after this incident, another friend of mine came and got the same treatment, even got kicked out like throwing away a chicken.
Please school again for ethics. Learn properly how to be polite to customers.
