★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sdh 4 kali beli kopi di janji jiwa Dramaga, d pembelian ke 4 pelanyanannya kurang memuaskan. Si Mba yg menyajikan kopi nya ketus, pesen kopi susu reguler rasa nya hambar, g manis, g kerasa kopi apalagi susu nya ga ada rasa nya dah gitu takarannya berkurang dr biasannya. Pesen toast si Mba nya pake teriak2 bilang k yg bikin toast, g ada etika nya padahal pelanggan ada di situ. Mungkin dia lelah Krn lg hamil.. hrs nya kl memang sdh lelah istirahat aja, dr pada d paksain malah mengurangi pelayanan k konsumen.

Maybe she's tired because she's pregnant.. if she's really tired, just rest, instead of being forced to reduce service to consumers.

Padahal begitu saya kesana sedang gak ada pelanggan dan pegawainya malah main game & ngobrol, begitu saya datang baru siap terima pesanan. Rasa produk kurang memuaskan dibanding cabang lain, pernah minta less ice dikasih ice nya normal, minta less sugar pun tetap normal sugar. Seperti tidak niat jualan ya cabang ini, terutama sering tiba2 tutup di shopeefood dan pelananannya yang kurang. Mba nya juga pelayanannya ketus ?? maaf saya hanya berkata jujur ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat berada di ruko, gak jauh dari doels barber shop. Tempatnya nyaman, AC nya adem banget, di lantai 2 ada tempat buat dine in, tapi ga sempet kefoto. Bisa menggunakan pembayaran non cash seperti shopeepay, gopay, ovo, dan lainnya. Sekarang bisa pesan lewat aplikasi nya juga, namanya jiwa+.
Untuk di store pertanggal hari ini, 17 September 2020 ada promo buy 1get 1 es susu kopi dan juga matcha berry + es susu kopi ukuran reguler cuma 30.000 dari harga 46.000.
Overall tempat nyaman, sesuai standar protokol kesehatan, disediakan hand sanitizer di dekat meja kasir
