★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deket dari rumah, bisa antar jemput grooming,pesan makanan juga bisa di anter tapi pelayanan sangat buruk.. anabul di anter stengah 11 dpt antrean grooming ke 3..jam 12 di WA kata nya lagi pengeringan..jam 1 di jemput kata nya karyawan lagi pada istirahat, mau di kasih kabar kalo sudah selesai, tapi sampai 2.30 tdk ada kabar..saya langsung jemput ke lokasi..terdengar di lt 2 tempat grooming suara panik dan kasir turun lalu bilang kucing saya masih pengeringan tp mrk yg di atas malah nanya2 kucing nya yg mana..lalu terdengar suara kucing saya menjerit.. saya mulai curiga dong..saya mencoba naik ke atas tp di larang kasir dan terlihat wajah kasir panik..saya masih coba nunggu di bawah tapi kok gak selesai2..saya terobos naik ke atas ternyata kucing nya belum di mandi kan,baru mulai di bersihkan telinga nya dgn kondisi kucing saya mencret krn stress pdhal dia dlm kondisi sehat...kapok saya dan tidak akan grooming di jangki cipayung lagi, semoga cabang jangki yg lain pelayanan nya tdk spt ini..

I heard on the 2nd floor of the grooming place a panicked voice and the cashier came down and said my cat was still drying but the ones above were even I asked which cat it was.. then I heard my cat screaming.. I started to get suspicious.. I tried to go upstairs but the cashier stopped me and saw a panicked cashier's face.. I still tried to wait downstairs but how come it didn't finish..I breaking through to the top, it turns out that the cat hasn't been bathed, right, just started cleaning her ears with my cat having diarrhea due to stress even though she's in good health... I'm tired of it and won't be grooming in jangki cipayung again, hopefully other jangki branches will serve it's not like this..
