The regulation, Ministry of PUPR NO.06/PRT/M/2018 and Standard Geometry of Toll Construction No. 007/BM/2009 stated that 40 Meters from Diameter of the Toll must be free from any obstacles due to safety, security and healthy concerns. The houses (Blok U 8 Lakewood) are under the toll road,. Blok U 8/3 Citra Gran_Ciputra Group Real Estate has distance to toll road only 1-4 M. In contrast, big houses at Jalan Kalimanggis and Jalan Pulo were farther than toll road (50-100M) , all big houses have been set to be free since Dec 2017. What is the agreement among Ciputra Group, PUPR, PEMDA Bekasi? then it makes Blok U 8/3 as a victim? When you buy a house in developer whoever is, you must require Integrity Charter in a Letter that must be signed by the Director (not GM or Marketing as on behalf of Director of Company) and sealed with company stamp before you doing AJB (transaction; the letter must stated clearly that the house/unit will not be passed by the government infrastructure development, If it is passed, the developer must pay cash at the time of construction of the toll road, you must avoid the word "relocation". Relocation is not the option, the developer may offer you a house/unit and land smaller than you have and create you as a beggar for your own rights. This confession is a moral calling as a reference for all of you as customers. I declare that this story is not bullying, it is not hoax, it is a fact and real.
