★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya KECEWA terhadap pelayannya agen BUS GARUDA MAS di jl.pegangsaan Dua dekat Pulogadung. Saya baru kali ini naik bus ini.Harusnya melayani Customer dengan sabar, saya hanya butuh jawaban bisa atau tidak.! tetapi ditanggapi dengan nada suara ketus DAN jawaban tidak jelas, itu baru lewat telfon, apalagi face to face.
SAYA TIDAK MEREKOMENDASIKAN UNTUK PELAYANAN INI.TERIMA KASIH.
I am DISAPPOINTED to his servant, GARUDA MAS BUS agent at Jl. Pegangsaan Dua near Pulogadung. I have just taken this bus this time. I have to serve the customer patiently, I just need an answer. but responded with a curt tone AND the answer was not clear, it was only via telephone, let alone face to face.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR THIS SERVICE. THANK YOU.
