Driver apal jalan. Ramah. Sopan.
Saran :
-ada tivi tp cuma ada satu cd roma irama, baiknya dilengkapi beberapa yg lebi update jd perjalanan lebi menyenangkan dgn musik yg umumnya disukai
- berharap harga bisa nego dikit hehe
- ac perlu dicek lg agak kurang dingin
 So far smua is ok.
Apal driver for the road. Friendly. Polite.
Suggestion :
-There is only one CD, there is only one CD, the rhythm is good, it's better to have some more updated ones, so the trip is more enjoyable with music that is generally preferred
- hope the price can negotiate a little hehe
- AC needs to be checked slightly less cold

Muhammad Farhan kayaknya masih amatir nggak tau jalan sama sekali,, parkir nabrak cone di hotel, mau kemana2 bingung. harus pake GPS itupun menggunakan hp tamu, gps nggak pake hp sendiri. admin an. fatma slow respon banget. wa ngga dibaca sampe seharian. kwitansi sewa belum disampaikan sampai h+2 setelah sewa bahkan sampai sekarang padahal h-2 sebelum sewa pembayaran sudah lunas. dan padahal kwitansinya mau dipake spj kantor.. tapi ngga ada respon sama sekali dr admin..
disappointing, driver an. Muhammad Farhan looks like he's still an amateur, doesn't know the road at all, parking hits a cone at the hotel, he's confused about where to go. you have to use GPS and even then use a guest cellphone, GPS doesn't use your own cellphone. admin an. fatma very slow response. I didn't read it all day. the rental receipt has not been submitted until h+2 after the lease even until now even though h-2 before the lease the payment has been paid off. and even though the receipt is going to be used for office spj.. but there is no response at all from the admin..

2. Tempat duduk kurang nyaman, lutut langsung mentok ke kursi
3. Driver minta isiin e toll 50k padahal penggunaannya tidak sampai segitu.
4. Driver di ajak makan bersama gamau.
4. Driver gamau ke lobby penjemputan yg di minta padahal keadaan penumpang saat itu tidak memungkinkan untuk ke tempat parkir bus.
1. The driver is not friendly.
2. The seat is less comfortable, knees directly stuck to the chair
3. The driver asks to fill in e toll 50k even though the usage is not that much.
4. Drivers are invited to eat with Gamu.
4. The driver goes to the pickup lobby who is requested even though the passenger's condition at that time did not allow him to go to the bus parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response terhadap complain sangat baik. Setelah mengetahui keluhan saya tentang kondisi armada dan driver (AC panas dan driver mengantuk) saya ditawarkan penggantian. Tapi karena sudah setengah perjalanan pulang ke Jakarta saya menolak untuk diganti. Sebagai kompensasinya saya diberi free HiACE untuk periode bulan September-Oktober untuk tujuan Puncak atau Bandung. Terima kasih dan mohon maaf atas keluhan saya sebelumnya. Semoga untuk selanjutnya pelayanan jakartarentbus akan semakin baik.
The response to the complaints was very good. After knowing my complaint about the condition of the fleet and the driver (hot AC and sleepy driver) I was offered a replacement. But because I was halfway home to Jakarta I refused to be replaced. As compensation I was given free HiACE for the period September-October for the purpose of Puncak or Bandung. Thank you and apologize for my previous complaints. Hopefully in the future the Jakartarentbus service will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat disayangkan diberikan driver Yang tidak Mengetahui jalan, banyak mengeluh, krg inisiatif Dan sangat panikan, driver an bpk Arif Rosidi. Niat mau liburan tenang malah jd ketakutan pdhal sy membawa anak kecil serta orgtua. Saya menyewa kendaraan dgn kapasitas Mobil Keluarga ( kijang Innova) . Ya semogal kedepanya pihak travel lbh teliti Lagi Dalam mencari rentalan Mobilnya sehingga tdk terjadi kasus seperti ini Lg pada calon penyewa lainya. Niat mau sewa yg bus jadi mikir2 Lagi, Masih takut . Trmksh Dan Sukses selalu
It's a shame to be given a driver who doesn't know the road, complains a lot, doesn't take the initiative and is very panicked, the driver and Mr. Arif Rosidi. The intention of going on a quiet vacation even scared me even though I brought small children and parents. I rent a vehicle with the capacity of Family Car ( Kijang Innova) . Yes, hopefully in the future the travel party will be more careful in looking for car rentals so that cases like this don't happen to other prospective tenants. The intention to rent a bus makes me think again, I'm still afraid. Thanks and success always
