★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear owner Jakarta CCTV, saya sudah menghubungi teknisi bapak/ibu. Menurut saya, semua karyawan Jakarta CCTV perlu belajar cara menanggapi keluhan pelanggan bukan menyalahkan kenapa ga info lg? Kenapa ga hub kantor? Kenapa ga ini? Kenapa ga itu? Coba survey ke 100 org awam ya apakah paham di dlm DVR ada baterai CR1220? Saya rasa banyak yg tidak tahu. Seandainya pernyataan saya ini salah, saya mohon maaf atas kebodohan saya yg adalah CUSTOMER JAKARTA CCTV. Kalian memang spesialis CCTV, makanya saya pilih anda. Kalau sy paham, sy pasang sendiri atau bahkan jadi saingan Jakarta CCTV. Menyalahkan keluhan pelanggan adalah cara menanggapi permasalahan yg buruk. TERIMA KASIH
 Dear owner of Jakarta CCTV, I have contacted your technician. In my opinion, all Jakarta CCTV employees need to learn how to respond to customer complaints instead of blaming why no more info? Why not the office hub? Why not this? Why not that? Try surveying 100 lay people, do you understand that in the DVR there is a CR1220 battery? I think a lot of people don't know. If my statement is wrong, I apologize for my stupidity who is a JAKARTA CCTV CUSTOMER. You are CCTV specialists, that's why I chose you. If I understand, I will install it myself or even become a competitor to Jakarta CCTV. Blaming customer complaints is a bad way of responding to problems. THANKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya melakukan instalasi cctv pada bulan Nov 2020, pada tgl 28 Des 2020, DVR tanggalnya berubah ke tahun 1970. Karena waktu pemasangan, teknisi info kalau ada apa2, hubungi dia. Maka pada saat ada masalah tanggal sy komplain ke teknisi tersebut, teknisi tersebut hanya info bahwa itu error biasa dan hanya perlu diset ulang saja tanggalnya. Karena saya orang awam tidak paham betul dgn DVR, sy ikuti. DVR pun kembali merekam dan tidak ada masalah. Setelah beberapa bulan, kembali lg ke thn 1970. Sy bingung tp sy ikuti petunjuk teknisi dgn set ulang tanggal.
Saya ada pasang cctv di bulan Sep 2021 bukan dr Jakarta CCTV, sy iseng tanya mengenai permasalahan saya ini. Ternyata masalahnya simpel yaitu di dlm DVR ada baterai jam DVR ukuran CR1220.
Saya kemudian menyampaikan kekecewaan saya ke pihak Jakarta CCTV, kemudian dibalas dgn menyalahkan saya kenapa tidak komplain ke kantor.
Saya kurang paham ada baterai CMOS di dalam DVR. lalu apakah wajar pihak Jakarta CCTVmenyalahkan saya berarti Jakarta CCTV lepas tanggung jawab? Saya tidak membalas lagi. Cape komplainnya.
Intinya, saya kecewa pasang cctv di Jakarta CCTV. After sales servicenya cukup mengecewakan bahkan buruk.
I did a cctv installation in Nov 2020, on 28 Dec 2020, the DVR date changed to 1970. Due to the installation time, the technician was informed if there was anything, contact him. So when there is a problem with the date I complained to the technician, the technician only informed me that it was a normal error and just needed to reset the date. Because I'm a layman, I don't really understand DVR, I'll follow it. The DVR started recording again and there was no problem. After a few months, I went back to 1970. I was confused but I followed the technician's instructions by resetting the date.
I installed CCTV in September 2021, not from Jakarta CCTV, I was just asking about my problem. It turns out that the problem is simple, that is in the DVR there is a CR1220 size DVR clock battery.
I then conveyed my disappointment to the Jakarta CCTV, then they responded by blaming me for not complaining to the office.
I do not understand there is a CMOS battery in the DVR. Then is it natural for Jakarta CCTV to blame me, meaning that Jakarta CCTV is off the hook? I didn't reply again. Cape complains.
In essence, I am disappointed to install CCTV in Jakarta CCTV. The after sales service is quite disappointing or even bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa, baru datang disambut sinis sama penjaga toko nya yang perempuan, memang saya datang sudah hampir mau tutup, kalau tidak mau melayani tolak dengan sopan. Pelayanan sangat jelek, tidak ada attitude. Saya liat banyak komentar negatif disini, ternyata betul saya salah tempat, padahal dekat dari rumah. SANGAT TIDAK RECOMMENDEED BELI DISINI, KARENA ATTITUDE ITU PERLU.
Very disappointed, just arrived and was greeted sarcastically by the female shopkeeper, indeed I came and was about to close, if you don't want to serve politely decline. Very bad service, no attitude. I see a lot of negative comments here, it turns out that I was right in the wrong place, even though it's close to home. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUY HERE, BECAUSE THE ATTITUDE IS NECESSARY.
