★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknisi kurang pengalaman, harusnya ketika tidak mampu service. penanganannya di limpahkan kpd teknisi kantor pusat atau yg lebih paham, ini saya sudah 10x service penyakit belum ketemu. mana part nya sudah pada diganti (ada juga yg diganti dengan part berbeda), service outdoor-indoor, termasuk ganti PCB, setelah saya telp teknisi kantor pusat langsung dan mereka cek malah geleng2 dengan pekerjaan teknisi simphony, kecewa saya dengan penanganan teknisi simphony padahal umur AC baru 1 thn 1 bulan saat di service.
 Technicians lack experience, they should when unable to service. the handling is delegated to the head office technician or better understand, I have not found the disease service 10 times. where the parts have been replaced (some have been replaced with different parts), outdoor-indoor service, including replacing PCBs, after I tel the head office technician directly and they check instead shake with the work of Simphony technicians, I am disappointed with the handling of Simphony technicians despite the age New air conditioner only 1 year after service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah berlangganan Daikin 3/4 pk utk ruangan 3 x 3.5m sebelumnya selama 3 tahunan. Setiap beberapa bulan ada jasa cuci ac resmi berbayar nya jg tdk terlalu mahal. Karena saya suka dingin maka baru aja ganti dan beli GREE 1 pk utk kamar 3 x 3.5m2 tsb yang menurut info2 yg beredar merupakan ac premium buatan China dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah, dan di mana distributor GREE juga dipegang distributor resmi Daikin. AC Daikin nya dioper ke kamar depan. Pemasangan sangat gesit dan cepat. Kerja juga sangat rapih. Moga2 GREE nya awet. Baru beberapa hari jadi masih diuji coba. Klo Daikin 3/4 pk yg berusia 3 thn ini so pasti masih dingin bgt buat ruangan 2.5 x 2.5m2. Terima kasih kpd distributor Daikin dan Gree
Already subscribed to Daikin 3/4 pk for a 3 x 3.5m room previously for 3 years. Every few months there is an official paid ac washing service that is not too expensive. Because I like it cold, I just changed and bought GREE 1 pk for the 3 x 3.5m2 room which according to the information circulating is a premium ac made in China at a much cheaper price, and where the GREE distributor is also held by the official Daikin distributor. The Daikin air conditioner was passed to the front room. Installation is very agile and fast. Work is also very neat. Hopefully the GREE will last. It's only been a few days so it's still being tested. If Daikin is 3/4 pk, who is 3 years old, it must be still very cold for a 2.5 x 2.5m2 room. Thanks to Daikin and Gree distributors

Oh iya, harganya tergolong tidak mahal tp jg gak murah ya... sesuai lah sama kualitas produk dan jasa nya.. ☺️??
