★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to Jakarta Derma Clinic.. It is the best aesthetic clinic that I have ever tried in Indonesia. I was served by the medical director dr. Ronald with his team. He was so kind in explaining the aesthetic procedures and how it can help me improve my physical appearances. I highly recommed JDC for someone who is looking for losing fat without surgery. I had coolsculpting (fat reduction) and ultherapy (non-surgery face lift) treatments, and was really pleased with the results. Thanks you dr. Ronald and Jakarta Derma Clinic ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted. Terrible place with zero integrity. I approached them looking for a specific laser treatment. They confirmed 3 times, in writing, that they had this treatment and had a good package price for me. I paid for the package via bank transfer.
When I showed, I was shocked to find that the treatment I paid for was simply a facial and they have no laser treatments. After emails with Dr Ronald to complain, he did not bother to reply. In person, he told me it was simply 'miscommunication.'
When I showed for my last facial, they said that I didn't have any more in my package. After explaining to them their own records, they saw I had one left, BUT they said I did not have enough credits and needed to pay extra!
The facials itself were good, however, each time there would be at least 5 people coming in and out of the room to take supplies. Not relaxing at all.
