★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cozy, clean, the staff is receptive, the look is good, the garden is beautiful, with friendly environment for work (at least for civil servants who work there.) The service is good, even though bureaucracy must be improved to at least the level of the standard of the last governor. I think the citizens of Jakarta's voice and aspiration must be heard directly by the governor (or at least one of his aide) at least every morning. Overall, good work.
