Namun mereka tidak mau bertanggungjawab, berdalih kesalahan mesin (yang adalah milik mereka dan pengerjaan pun oleh mereka)...

 On March 22, 2016, his wife took his friend to replace the eyeglass frames bought in this store, but when they were replaced their process made the eyeglasses lens scratched. But they don't want to be held responsible, arguing that the machine is wrong (which is theirs and their work is done) ...
