★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yup! I gave 1 star, and read my reasons. My friends and I arranged a meeting with around 20 people. They say can provide the place but guess what, they didn't prepare the place for us and move us to Super Sambal (restaurant beside Jackman). They insisted that their store can't fit to us, too many people. They can just say that they can't provide the place for us in the first place, what we aim is to experience the ambience of their place. *But our food are ordered and came from Jackman Coffee (-1).
As I read their menu, I got confuse by their 2 side menu sheet. One side is Jack Ramen and the other one is Jackman Coffee. Okay if that is their original business is a join, they did a terrible choice to divide into these two names. Customer will be confuse and their marketing will be affected as well. Back to the manu list. I assume that their main dish is Ramen. Let's try their ramen.
I requested their chicken katsu ramen with soya sauce and imported noodle. Okay one thing before I say further, they divide the ramen into 2 type noodles, the local and the imported one. I chose the imported one because why do I have to choose the local anyway?. The ramen that I requested is unappealing at all. It looks like a noodle that drunk in the swamp with small withered enoki mushroom in the side, and with a horror of mustard green! One peice leaf, withered even almost dried and rotten and uncut! What the hell (look at the picture I attached). The soup, is soooo fishy, I can't taste the delightful of soya sauce that I like. And the noodle taste very local, even I can tell it by its looks. In the end I know that the noodle is the local one, not the imported one as I requested them, I know that that is local when I pay the food but the price is lower than I saw in the menu. I confirmed to the cashier, and he said that ramen that I got is the local one, what the hell? They can just explain or simply said to me that they run out of imported noodles before they serve it, I didn't want to eat local ramen. Just like I said, who wants to order and try the local one for a ramen lover like me? When the local ramen is taste just like Bakmi!. (-2).
I try their Orange Juice, it's not a juice, it just something like Marimas or Jas Jus drink. (-1).
