★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2x saya di tinggal jackal pancoran dan tidak ada penberitahuan sebelumnya bahwa mobil mau di berangkatkan. Hanya telat beberapa menit saja tidak bisa naik mobil. Padahal mobilnya masih ada, Mohon jika buat aturan harus konsisten soalnya untuk shuttle pasteur mobil selalu telat giliran penumpang telat beberapa menit saja tidak ada toleransi. Saya bayar, saya lihat mobilnya masih ada, terapi saya tidak bisa naik. Mohon penjelasannya
It's been 2 times I've lived in Pancoran Jackal and there was no prior notification that the car was about to leave. Only a few minutes late can not get in the car. Even though the car is still there, please, if you make rules, you have to be consistent, because for the pasteur shuttle, the car is always late, the passenger's turn is just a few minutes late, there is no tolerance. I paid, I saw the car was still there, my therapy couldn't go up. Explanation please
