★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jnt sepanjang jaya, saya bayar cash biaya kirim nya, tp di resi ditulis dfod sehingga customer saya ditagih lagi biaya kirim. Bukan masalah nominal nya tp bikin nama baik sbg seller jadi gores Pengalaman sangat buruk dan ga lagi saya kirim barang disitu
 Jnt all the time, I paid cash the shipping cost, but the receipt was written in DFOD so that my customer was billed again for shipping costs. It's not a nominal problem but it makes a good name as a seller so it scratches Very bad experience and I no longer send the goods there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya Strategis dipinggir jalan , Pelayanannya cepat dan banyak karyawannya , tempat Parkirnya lumayan luas. Proses pengirimannya sampai saat ini masih termasuk cepat utk kondisi normal.
The place is strategic on the side of the road, the service is fast and there are lots of employees, the parking lot is quite large. The delivery process is still relatively fast for normal conditions.

Sending short distances is less attractive, because the receipt is inputted in the afternoon even though the deposit is in the morning. It's also open at 10 and above

My package hasn't been sent yet" the status is still at the drop point, is it because my package is a suitcase, did anyone bring it? The Rawalumbu drop point phone doesn't even connect, what happens? want to use this week

Staff nya tidak ramah sama sekali! Ditegur malah ditantang. Langsung non-aktifin kurir J&T di account e-commerce!
It's been 3 days that the package hasn't been picked up.. I've called customer service 4 times but it's still not picked up..
The staff is not friendly at all! Rebuked even challenged. Immediately deactivate the J&T courier in your e-commerce account!
