★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya paket sampe tepat waktu, kemarin pesan di e-commerce, besoknya udah nyampe ajaa. Sekarang ko berkurang ya pelayanannya:( Paket ku nginep 3 hari di DC Cikampek (biasanya kan hitungan jam langsung ada kemajuan). Pas nyampe di DC Karawang, kirain bakal langsung kirim, ternyata ngga ada progress juga dari tanggal 5 sampai sekarang. Sempet chat ke kurir yang biasanya nganter, ternyata udah ngga kerja disana lagi. Hadeuh.
Usually the package arrived on time, yesterday ordered in e-commerce, the next day it just arrived. Now how come the service is reduced :( I stayed 3 days in DC Cikampek (usually a count of hours immediately progressed). When I arrived at DC Karawang, I thought I would send it straight away, apparently there is no progress either from the 5th until now. the courier who used to hang out, turned out to be no longer working there. Hadeuh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sumpah nih ekspedisi fatal banget prosesnya.. barang dikirim dr Jakarta transit ke Bandung oke lah masih bisa diterima, transit lagi ke Cikampek besok udah di dc Karawang malah di resi tertulis gagal dikirim 2 hari, besoknya malah berubah dianter lagi ke dc Cikampek aneh dasar, tanya ama yg kerja disitu dia bilang 'Arsa Residence masuknya Kar. Timur makanya ke dc Cikampek lagi' padahal disitu udah tertera nama jalan, desa, kecamatan.. fatal emang nih ekspedisi.. saran buat yg liat ini mending pake Si Cepat aja jelas pengirimannya
I swear this expedition is a very fatal process.. the goods sent from Jakarta transit to Bandung okay, still acceptable, transit again to Cikampek tomorrow already in dc Karawang even in the written receipt it failed to send 2 days, the next day it changed to be delivered again to dc Cikampek strange basic, asked the one who worked there he said 'Arsa Residence is the entry of Kar. East, that's why I went to dc Cikampek again' even though the names of roads, villages, sub-districts were already written on it.. this is a fatal expedition.. the advice for those who see this is to use the fast, clear delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya penjual dishopee, awal kirim kata kurir pembeli nolak cod padahal gada paket yg dateng. saya kirim ulang untuk pembeli, tetapi sama saja katanya pembeli ingin ambil sendiri ke Dc. anehh banget nomor kurir gada, seenaknya bgt ngituin paket orang akhirnya sebagai penjual rugi. karena kurirnya tidak menghubungi nomor yang tertera dipaket, malah seasalnya aja.
I'm a seller at shopee, the first time I sent the courier, the buyer said that the cod refused even though there was no package that arrived. I sent it back to the buyer, but the buyer said he wanted to pick it up himself to DC. It's really weird that the courier number doesn't exist, it's so easy to control people's packages, in the end, they become sellers at a loss. because the courier didn't contact the number listed on the package, it was just the original.

Di Sumatera untuk pengiriman menggunakan JNT bisa dibilang bagus, Pengiriman cepat dan aman, tapi hal itu tidak berlaku untuk di karawang, sangat tidak bertanggung jawab, terinfo pada resi paket sudah diterima, padahal sama sekali tidak sampai barangnya, sangat merugikan customer. Semoga bisa diperbaiki.
I happen to be from West Sumatra. In Sumatra for shipping using JNT, you can say it's good, fast and safe delivery, but that doesn't apply to Karawang, very irresponsible, informed that the package receipt has been received, even though it didn't arrive at all, very detrimental to the customer. Hopefully it can be fixed.
