★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket berhari2 di simpan di gudang.. hari Jumat jam 1 siang sudah di J&T kebon jahe, sampai senin siang ga dikirim2.. padahal jarak alamat kirim dgn j&t kebon jahe hanya 1kilo meter.. kecewa
The package is stored for days in the warehouse ... on Friday at 1 pm it has been in J&T at Ginger Garden, until Monday afternoon it was not sent ... even though the distance between the address to send with J & T, Ginger Garden is only 1 kilometer ... disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket sudah dr tgl 31 dikirim dari tangerang Tapi sampai sekarang belum sampai di alamat saya.
1 paket lg saya beli di shopee,kemarin keterangannya paket di kembalikan ke gudang j&t karna toko/kantor sudah tutup, & fix sekarang belum dikirimkan lagi.
The package has been sent from the 31st from Tangerang but until now it has not arrived at my address.
I bought another package at Shopee, yesterday the statement was that the package was returned to the J & T warehouse because the shop / office was closed, & the fix is now not sent again.

sampe selama itu ya?
mulai tanggal 15 udah di kebon jahe tapi sampai tanggal 20 ga sampe. padahal drop pointnya di tanah abang 5, deket banget.
ditumpuk ampe seberapa banyak itu barang ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket 4hari gk jalan tetep d pending . Mana barangnya buru" d pakek. Tolongg dong yg lainnnya jnt niat ini gk niat banget saya juga bayar tapi gk d proses proses.
A 4 day package still doesn't work. Where is the item hurrying "d use it. Please help the others so this intention is not really my intention to also pay but it is not processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli barang di Shopee pake jasa kurir J&T, barang dikirim penjual tanggal 1 Februari 2019 dari Ciputat, tanggal 2 Februari sampe di J&T Kebon Jahe dan hari ini (tanggal 10 Februari 2019) belum juga sampe. Fyi, waktu tempuh dari J&T Kebon Jahe ke rumah saya cuma 5 menit kalo naik motor.
Kemarin (tanggal 9 Februari 2019) barangnya saya jemput langsung di J&T Kebon Jahe, sampe sana gak ada dong barang pesenan saya. Pihak J&T bilang kurir yang ngirim barang saya lagi off dan barang saya ada di kurirnya. Trus kalo kurirnya off sampe setahun, saya harus nunggu barang saya selama setahun gitu?
Bahkan saya sampe minta nomer salah satu pegawai J&T Kebon Jahe tapi tidak diberikan karna pegawainya bilang, "Besok saya yang off". Off aja semua.
Sangat tidak profesional.
Update:
Setelah saya mengajukan pengembalian dana pada penjual (Shopee), penjual menghubungi pihak J&T tanggal 14 Februari. Akhirnya pihak J&T menghubungi saya tanggal 15 Februari pagi dan kurirnya langsung datang saat sore. Kurir menawarkan untuk mengganti barang yang sama atau refund (uang) seharga barang karna ada kemungkinan salah kirim dan sulit untuk dilacak kembali. Saya meminta untuk refund dan proses berjalan lancar.
Buy items at Shopee using J & T courier services, the goods are sent by the seller on February 1, 2019 from Ciputat, on February 2 until the J & T Kebon Jahe and today (February 10, 2019) has not yet arrived. Fyi, my travel time from J & T Kebon Jahe to my house is only 5 minutes if I ride a motorcycle.
Yesterday (on February 9, 2019) I picked up the item directly at J & T Kebon Jahe, until there was no item for my order. J & T said that the courier who sent my item was off and my item was on the courier. Then if the courier is off until a year, I have to wait for my goods for a year?
I even asked for the number of one of the J & T Kebon Jahe employees but was not given because the employee said, "Tomorrow I'm off". Just leave it all.
Very unprofessional.
Update:
After I submitted a refund to the seller (Shopee), the seller contacted J & T on February 14. Finally J & T contacted me on February 15 morning and the courier immediately arrived at the afternoon. Courier offers to replace the same item or refund for the price of the item because there is a possibility of sending the wrong item and it is difficult to trace it back. I asked for a refund and the process went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad! Di telpon ga di angkat sama sekali, drop point paling buruk! Masa pengiriman dr tanggal 10 sampai seminggu lebih masih tertunda terus, padahal dari bekasi, kurirnya ga ada inisiatif tlp ke customer, dari penjual tlp ke kantornya juga ga ada respon sama sekali.. Tutup aja udah drop pointnya!!
So bad! The phone is not picked up at all, the worst drop point! The delivery period from the 10th to a week or so is still being delayed, even though from Bekasi, the courier has no initiative to call the customer, from the seller on the phone to his office there is also no response at all.. Just close the drop point!!
