★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt masa paketan aku mentok disini ga jalan2 dr kemaren, itu barang pesenan orang tau. Kalo ga bisa kirim barang mendingan gausah terima barang, jadi kerepotan sendiri saya.
How bad is the package I got stuck here it didn't work yesterday, it was a message someone knew. If you can't send goods, it's better not to receive the item, so it's my own hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bos..karyawan ente pada maen2 semua,paket saya udah di kasihin dari semalem tgl 12/03/20 jam 20.00 saya tunggu2 sampe malam bahkan ke pagi tgl 13/03/20 gak di scan/input,sampe siang tgl 13/03 jam 10.30 saya ke toko u boss kata anak buah ente yang cewe hari ini pasti di input,saya tunggu2 sampe sore masih blm di input juga sampe2 konsumen saya marah2 kok blm di kirim2,akhirnya saya ke kantor u lagi bos gw ambil lagi paket nya sekitar jam 17.30, saya kirim ke cabang lain akhirnya bos dan lsg terinput,konsumen saya pun senang...coba di cek aja boss cctv nya,kalau bisa ente pecat aja boss karyawan banyak tapi gak becus ...dari pada nanti pada kecewa smua boss.
Worse boss ... your employees at all, my package was given away from last night on 12/03/20 at 20.00 I waited until night even on the morning 13/03/20 it was not scanned / input, until noon on 13/03 at 10.30 I went to the shop, boss said your man's girl today must have been input, I waited until the afternoon was still not input yet until my customers were angry how come I hadn't sent it, finally I went to the office again boss I took the package again around at 17:30, I sent to another branch and finally the boss and lsg were inputted, my customers were happy ... just try to check the cctv boss, if possible you just fired many boss employees but it was incompetent ... rather than later all the bosses would be disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah J&T kapok aku pakai Expedisi ini , padahal sama2 Jakarta Kiriman paket dimuter-muter ga sampai sampai juga. Kecewa Berat hingga orderan kiriman di cancel . Minta tanggung jawab J&T atas kerugian kiriman paket , J&T cuma bisa omong doang maaf. Ga Becus.
Bad J & T give me a look at this Expedition, even though in Jakarta the package delivery was not even arrived. Disappointed Heavy until the order was canceled. Ask J & T's responsibility for the loss of package shipments, J & T can only say sorry. Ga Becus.
