★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini J&T pusat gak ada niat benahin DC Grogol kah ? Selalu bermasalah pengiriman. Harga bole murah, tp tolong jangan murahan.
Is this J&T center, don't you have any intention of fixing DC Grogol? Always problematic delivery. The price is cheap, but please don't be cheap.

Call center juga.. Ditelpon tiga kali jawabannya sama aja.. Tolong buat orang HO lebih keras lagi dong...
Why is the item being held? Even though the address is clear and not far ... From my place ...
What's the matter with this warehouse .. Turn to pick me up, say blah blah blah .. No class ..
Call center too .. Called three times the answer is the same .. Please make the HO people even harder ...

Seharusnya pengiriman dari TANGERANG - DEPOK (JAWA BARAT) estimasi 2 HARI karna kesalahan tim SORTIR GUDANG TRANSIT TANGGERANG, barang saya jadi kekirim ke GUDANG SORTIR PADANG, sudah 3 hari dan tlp CS j&t hanya bilang sabar dan bilang hanya BISA MEMAKSIMALKAN saja? Apa ini bentuk pertanggung jawabnya? Seharusnya barang datang cepat malah begini ! ! !

Is this a form of accountability? The goods should have come quickly, even like this! ! !
