Saya sebagai pengguna jasa pickup jnt agen ini merasa sangat kecewa atas pelayanan kalian yg 2x mengabaikan permintaan pickup saya, yg pertama dgn alasan kurir kebablasan main games & yang ke2 karena keteteran katanya yg dipickup bukan cuma saya. Buat owner J&T ini tolong perhatikan karyawan nya, pelayanan sangat buruk apalagi yg masuk sore tgl 6 des kemarin, saya mau ngambil returan malah dia asik dengarin musik, trus returan gk ada katanya blm di cari datang besok aja sedangkan itu barang mau dikirim lagi. kapokkkkkkkkkkkk
