 Satisfactory service, almost every day our packages are picked up in the afternoon. There are no holidays, red dates are still open and packages are still being sent.

Trs kata mas nya tinggal aja besok di wa no resinya. Sampai sore gak di wa juga no resi nya. Cust nanya sudah sampai mana? Trs saya jawab apa gak di kasih no resi. Sungguh sangat mengecewakan Dan meyebalkan. Nelp kantor nya gak pernah diangkat. Trs saya mesti tanya siapa?
I sent my stuff at night around 8. He said it was closed but the door still said open.
Then, the mas said, just stay tomorrow at the wa no receipt. Until the afternoon, there was no receipt, nor was there a receipt. Cust ask where have you been? Then I answered whether or not I was given a receipt number. Really very disappointing and annoying. The office call was never picked up. So who should I ask?
