★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paling males pake expedisi ini,2 kali barang terpendem di gudang alhasil sampe ngambil sendiri,1 kali barang sampe di gudang tgl 9 ,tgl 11 baru di Anter itu pun tertunda tgl 12 baru di Anter lagi,sampe skrg blm terima paket mudah mudahan beneran di Anter
 The most lazy to use this expedition, 2 times the item was stuck in the warehouse, so I picked it up myself, 1 time the item arrived at the warehouse on the 9th, on the 11th it was just delayed at Anter on the 12th, it was only at Anter again, until now I haven't received the package, hopefully it's real Anther

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk kesekian kalinya dibikin kecewa sama kurir j&t,dr jam9 smpe sekarang gaada kabar pdhl udah dibawa kurir
Pernah kemarin² kurir ga mau menghubungi pemilik paket dlu,tiba² langsung main dititipin aja pdhl pintu kontrakan kebuka setiap kali ada paket yang mau datang
Semoga ada perbaikan lagi kedepannya
For the umpteenth time, I was disappointed by the J&T courier, since 9 o'clock until now there is no news even though the courier has brought it
Yesterday, the courier didn't want to contact the owner of the package first, suddenly he just left the game, even though the door to the rented house was opened every time a package came.
Hopefully there will be more improvements in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saban ngirim paket pake jasa ekspedisi ini, paket pasti mendem lama di gudang ini, mungkin kalo ditinggal mudik jg belum tentu sampe tuh paket. Kemarin karena saya butuh sekali paket tersebut, karena sangat urgent yg mendem berhari-hari disini, saya putuskan mengambil langsung ke gudang, ternyata ya memang kualitas sdm nya patut dipertanyakan, hampir semua pekerja di gudang tersebut acuh tak acuh dan tidak ramah saat saya bertanya tentang pengambilan paket, hanya satu orang saja yg cukup komunikatif. Mungkin kalo ditanya apa penyesalan dan kesalahan terbesar dalam hidup saya, ya jawabannya mengirim paket pake jasa ekspedisi ini

Yesterday, because I really needed the package, because it was very urgent, I had a fever for days here, I decided to take it directly to the warehouse, it turned out that the quality of the human resources was questionable, almost all of the workers in the warehouse were indifferent and unfriendly when I asked about taking the package, only one person is communicative enough. Maybe if you ask me what are the biggest regrets and mistakes in my life, the answer is sending a package using this expedition service

Saya sdh confirm ke kurir nya kalau mau ambil paket saya senilai Rp 1.209.000 dan di ACC sama kurir nya. tp setelah saya dtg saya malah di tolak mentah" dan bilang harus konfirmasi ke admin nya. dia jawab dengan wajah judes dan nada bahasa yang jutek. pdhl jelas" di depan pintu nya tertulis kalau mau ambil paket harus konfirmasi ke kurir atau admin, tanpa di sebutkan terakhir jam berapa nya:)
A minus point for Afisah, the admin of the J&T Express warehouse for the megasolar shophouse, Cikarang. I have confirmed to the courier if you want to pick up my package worth Rp. 1,209,000 and the ACC is the same as the courier.
