โ โ โ โ โ Pesan barang ekspedisi lewat J&T dan gak berfungsi dngn baik, terus saya ajukan Pengembalian barang/paket, tapi paket saya ditolak dngn alasan ini itu, padahal pengiriman pengembalian sesuai arahan aplikasi belanja.
 Ordered expedited goods via J&T and it didn & amp; # 39; t work properly, I continued to ask for the return of goods / packages, but my package was rejected for this reason, even though the return delivery was according to the shopping application directions.

โ โ โ โ โ Kurir j&t pada gk di modalin hp apa gmn ya...klo ngirim gk bisa konfirm apa orgnya ada apa gk...malah di alihin ke besoknya...gk tau apa barang urgent banget...kalah ma jasa tetangga...
The J&T courier didn't have a cellphone, what about it... if you send it, you can't confirm if the person is wrong or not... in fact it's transferred to the next day... I don't know if the item is really urgent... it's lost to the neighbor's service...

Long delivery. The courier buys credit so they can communicate...... don't always wait for a call, the delivery failed. Fix how it works professionally

โ โ โ โ โ J&t puncak mengecewakan , masa kirim paket aja salah cuma gara2 namanya hampir sama ga teliti tuh kurir .udah gitu dua2nya disuruh dibayar sama tetangga saya karna saya lagi ga dirumah dan sampe sekarang udah 4 hari dong ini paket orang ga diambil2 di wa kirirnya cuma di baca doang dan gaada respon samasekali .gaada tanggung jawabnya banget
J&T peak was disappointing, the delivery time of the package was wrong, only because the names were almost the same, the courier wasn't careful. That's how both of them were ordered to be paid by my neighbors because I was not at home and it's been 4 days now only and there is no response at all. There is really no responsibility
