★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mendapat telfon dari salah satu kurir yang meminta saya untuk bertemu dan menyelesaikan paket pesanan saya dari salah satu OS.
Padahal saya tidak memiliki paket apapun yang sedang aktif dan menjelaskannya kepada kurir tersebut, namun kurir tetap memaksa bertemu.
Setelah panggilan dimatikan saya mengecek nomor tersebut dan mendapati bahwa ini adalah nomor kurir dari pihak pengiriman anda dari riwayat salah satu paket yang pernah saya terima.
Baru selesai mengecek, kurir datang ke rumah dan tiba tiba menyodorkan paket untuk saya cek. Pada saat saya mengecek alamat pemesanan, saat saya menjelaskan kembali bahwa tidak ada nama maupun alamat saya pada paket tersebut, kurir mengambil gambar saya memegang paket tersebut tanpa seizin saya. Mengatakan hal tersebut untuk bukti bahwa pesanan memang bukan milik saya atau apapun itu, kemudian berjalan pergi begitu saja membawa paket tersebut.
Saya mengenali wajah kurir tersebut karena pernah mengirimkan paket saya sebelumnya. Saya ingat pada saat itu kurir berdalih saya mencatumkan alamat yang salah karena saat kurir mendatangi alamat, tidak ada yang mengenal saya di alamat tersebut, padahal saat itu saya sedang di rumah dan tidak ada satupun kurir yang datang ataupun mencari alamat saya. Padahal alamat yang saya cantumkan adalah alamat yang biasa saya gunakan untuk mengirim paket sekaligus alamat penerima pada aplikasi OL yang saya miliki, dan sebelumnya tidak pernah terjadi masalah seperti ini. Akhirnya kurirpun menjanjikan saya untuk standby esok harinya di rumah karena paket akan dikirim esok hari, namun saya tunggu tidak ada paket yang datang di keesokan harinya. Paket baru datang 2 hari setelahnya.
Kembali pada permasalahan sebelumnya, setelah kurir pergi dan saya mengontak pihak CS
dari OS saya baru menyadari bahwa kurir memanfaatkan kontak saya untuk menyelesaikan paket milik orang lain. Menilik pada pertanyaan komunitas di situs anda, hal ini terjadi tidak hanya pada saya saja.
Bukankah hal ini sangat merugikan bagi pemilik paket? Pemilik paket tidak dapat menerima paketnya namun mendapat pemberitahuan paket sudah terkirim. Dengan memanfaatkan informasi pribadi milik pelanggan lain. Selain itu sikap kurir yang datang dan seenaknya mengambil gambar sangat mengganggu privasi.
Saya harap hal ini tidak terjadi kepada pelanggan berikutnya dan menyebabkan berkurangnya kepercayaan pelanggan untuk menggunakan jasa pengiriman ini dikemudian hari. Untuk itu saya mohon kepada pihak anda untuk memberikan pelatihan yang lebih baik kepada kurir sehingga tidak mengganggu kenyamanan dan privasi orang lain seperti ini lagi. Terima kasih.
I got a call from one of the couriers asking me to meet and complete my order package from one of the OS.
Even though I didn't have any active packages and explained it to the courier, the courier still insisted on meeting me.
After the call was turned off I checked the number and found that this is the courier number from your delivery party from the history of one of the packages I have received.
Just finished checking, the courier came to the house and suddenly handed me a package to check. When I checked the order address, when I explained again that there was neither my name nor my address on the package, the courier took a picture of me holding the package without my permission. Said that for proof that the order didn't belong to me or whatever, then just walked away with the package.
I recognized the courier's face because he had sent my package before. I remember at that time the courier argued that I had entered the wrong address because when the courier came to the address, no one recognized me at that address, even though at that time I was at home and no courier came or looked for my address. Even though the address I have listed is the address I usually use to send packets as well as the recipient's address on my OL application, and there has never been a problem like this before. Finally the courier promised me to be on standby the next day at home because the package would be sent the next day, but I waited for no package to arrive the next day. The new package arrived 2 days later.
Back to the previous problem, after the courier left and I contacted CS
from the OS I just realized that the courier was using my contacts to complete someone else's package. Judging by the community questions on your site, this isn't just happening to me.
Isn't this very detrimental for the package owner? The package owner cannot receive the package but gets a notification that the package has been sent. By utilizing personal information belonging to other customers. In addition, the attitude of the courier who came and took pictures was very disturbing privacy.
I hope this does not happen to the next customer and causes a decrease in customer confidence to use this delivery service in the future. For this reason, I implore you to provide better training to couriers so that they do not interfere with the comfort and privacy of others like this again. Thank you.
