Saya sudah email J&T call centre tidak digubris, saya comment + DM instagram nya tapi tidak di proses2. Terus barang saya gimanaa?
Please pack my package from March 30, 2019 until now the stuck period at Pantai Indah Selatan is really ??? Even though the purpose of shipping is only to palmerah.
I already emailed J & T the call center was ignored, I commented the DM + DM but it was not processed. Then what is my item?

Trus bsknya saya telp, sama gitu jg. Ktnya mau dtg max jam 11 malam. Ga dtg jg. Bsknya jg. Sampe hr ini tgl 3 april jam 10 pagi. Belom datang jg. Astaga. Klo emang ga bs pick up, jgn sok"an cantumin menu pick up. Suruh qta antar aja ky expedisi lain. Rugiin org dagang ini.
