Udah beberapa kali kirim disini, tapi pelayanannya (khususnya karyawan yang mbak-mbak itu). Mbok yang ramah, setidake yo gak jutek gitu. Kita mau ngirim kesini lagi jadi males. Mending ke tempat yang agak jauh tapi CS nya ramah-ramah.
Pernah suatu kita aku kirim barang dan retur, aku mau nanya statusnya dimana di gudang atau udah di agen, di jawab sama mbak2 itu di gudang. Trus aku: yaudah aku minta nomornya jnt agen sini mbak biar nanti kalau paketnya udah disini kabari aku. Mbake bilang kalau agen jnt sini ndak punya nomor telpon. Hehe
Halo, mbak. Mbak udah di rating dengan bintang 1-2 dari banyak orang, lo.

I've sent it here several times, but the service (especially the employees, ladies and gentlemen). Mbok is friendly, at least you're not rude. We want to send it here again so lazy. It's better to go to a place that is a bit far away but the CS is friendly.
Once, I sent goods and returned them, I wanted to ask where the status was in the warehouse or at the agent, the answer was the ladies at the warehouse. Then me: okay, I'll ask for the number, jnt agent here, sis, so that later when the package is here, let me know. Mbake said that the jnt agent here doesn't have a phone number. Haha
Hello, ma'am. Ma'am, it's been rated with 1-2 stars from many people.
