★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya kurang teliti, nulis nama pengirim sama no hp pengirim dan penerima aja salah tp untung nya alamat yg di tuju bener.. mohon di tingkatkan ketelitian nya .. takutnya kalo ada apa2 pas mau dihubungi gabisa gara2 no hp dan nama nya beda..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titip di agen, udh diambil sore hari oleh J n T, sampai besoknya jam 15.00 wib belum diinput. Nda bisa juga dihubungi. Hal seperti ini sering terjadi. ???. Sama sekali kalah jauh sama pengiriman yang lain. Nda tau kalau J n T yg lain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon maaf sebelumnya jnt sekarang lama bwangettt?sering gonta-ganti kurir marakke bingung?kadang udah sampek magelang dioper kedaerah lain/salah kurir dan lebih parahnya lagii dimagelang paket sampek 5 hari nggk diantar kan parah banget??
Pelihara kurir apalagi yng sudah tau daerah jangan gonta ganti costumer bingung kurir yang baru juga bingung?
