★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good jika biar tidak late respon baiknya kabari langsung by kurirnya khusus yg pickup pasti di hari yg sama akan di jemput sy aja begitu jika ada pickup dan Alhamdulillah bagus pelayanannya
Good if it is not late, the good response is to inform us directly by the courier specifically for the pickup, for sure on the same day it will be picked up only so if there is a pickup and Alhamdulillah the service is good

Gua cuma mau kirim Dokumen buku tabungan loh. Buku tabungan saudara saya ketinggalan dirumah
Apakah emang gak bs dokumen? Setau saya bisa
Saya udah bungkus pakai kardus di bungkusin kado .
Masa katanya dokumen gak bs di kirim katanya takut nyelip katanya banyak pengiriman digudang apalagi dari shopee (si mbak2nya bawa nama shopee loh)
Semoga pelayannya lebih baik.

How come the documents can't be sent, they say they are afraid to slip, they say there are a lot of shipments, especially from shopee (the mbak2 bring the name shopee)
Hopefully the servants are better.

Mereka ga mau bertanggung jawab,malah menyalahkan saya.dibilang saya tidak menghitung saat dikonternya..pdhl sya sudah ngedata mana aja yg harus dikirim.
Mereka sop nya jelek dan buruk sekali.kl ad paket dr market place ga diliat cuma suruh taro aja.nah kl ud ky gni ilang ga mau disalahin,

I lost 3 packages with a decent nominal,
They didn't want to be responsible, instead they blamed me. They said I didn't count the time at the counter.. even though I already recorded which ones should be sent.
Their soup is ugly and very bad. If you don't see a package from the market place, just tell them to put it down. So, if it seems like it's gone, I don't want to be blamed,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya senilai 500 ribu, hilaaaang tidak tau ke mana. Ketika saya menyampaikan keluhan melalui CS, tidak ada jawaban. Ini sudah hari ke 10 sejak pengiriman tapi sampai sekarang paketnya belum sampai ke tangan penerima. Pihak JnT tidak bertanggung jawab. Tidak ada update dan jawaban lanjut dari keluhan yang saya sampaikan. Seperti dipermainkan saja. Saya sudah menonaktifkan pilihan kurir JnT di lapak toko online saya karena ini. Cukup sudah saya dirugikan oleh JnT. Saya tidak mau kehilangan pelanggan lagi gara-gara ketidakprofesionalan pelayanan JnT.
My package is worth 500 thousand, lost don't know where. When I lodged a complaint via CS, there was no response. It's been the 10th day since the shipment but until now the package has not yet reached the recipient's hands. JnT is not responsible. There are no updates and further answers to the complaints I submitted. Just like playing. I've deactivated the JnT courier option in my online shop because of this. It's enough that I was harmed by JnT. I don't want to lose another customer because of JnT's unprofessional service.
