★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini 24 des 2018 JNT libur kah? Ko paket saya sudah sampai di kuningan barat dari jam 09.03 sampai malam ini blm di anter ke kantor? Pdahl JNT ke kantor sya di gatsu cuma 2km.. ??. Dan hari ini kantor sya buka, paket sya dri JN* saja sampe hari ini ?? jadi harus nunggu dua hari lagi ni saya?
 Today is 24 dec 2018 is JNT off? How come my package has arrived at Kuningan Barat from 09.03 until tonight, hasn't it been delivered to the office yet? Even though JNT to my office at Gatsu is only 2km.. . And today my office is open, my package from JN* only arrived today so I have to wait two more days?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ok. Kecil namun ber-AC jadi ada sejuk-sejuknya. Yang mengesalkan, customer service-nya yang buruk. Pegawai perempuan (mbak) yang bertugas tidak ramah dan suaranya tidak lantang sehingga mempersulit komunikasi. Kami sebagai customer membayar biaya kirim yang relatif tinggi tentu ingin mendapatkan pelayanan terbaik dari petugas J&T.

Ya, sama-sama.
Place is ok. Small but air-conditioned so there is coolness. What's annoying, the bad customer service. The female employee (mbak) on duty is not friendly and her voice is not loud, making communication difficult. We as customers pay relatively high shipping costs, of course we want to get the best service from J&T officers.
Review written at 1:50 pm, 12/24/2020, about 30 minutes after payment and all kinds of debts.
