Sangat kecewa saya,untuk karyawan jnt yg bertugas dihari ini disana.
Klo bisa pecat aja tuh mba2 yg bertugas dihari ini. Gak ada sopan santunnya sama pelangan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan J&T terutama untuk SERVICE PICK UP JELEK SEKALI. Saya punya toko online dan request pickup di hari Senin periode pertama 11:00-18:00. Ditunggu sampai hari Rabu periode pertama tidak di pickup2 juga. Pada akhirnya saya harus antar sendiri ke J&T terdekat, padahal menggunakan jasa kurir yang lain hal spt ini tidak pernah terjadi.
Call center memang responsive menjawab komplain saya. Tapi feedbacknya hanya JANJI PALSU, dibilang akan dijemput, tapi nyatanya tidak pernah dijemput. Performa saya di toko online jadi jelek karena hal ini dan customer saya SANGAT KECEWA. Pintarnya adalah di shopee udah ngga ditunjukkan lagi kalo saya sempat request pick up karena paket udah dikirim. Jadi ngga keliatan salahnya dia.
TOLONG IMPROVEMENT NYA APABILA INGIN BERSAING DENGAN JASA KURIR LAIN!!!
J&T services especially for SERVICE PICK UP ONCE. I have an online shop and request a pickup on Monday the first period 11: 00-18: 00. We waited until Wednesday for the first period not to pick up either. In the end I had to take it myself to the nearest J&T, even though I used a different courier service like this never happened.
The call center was responsive in answering my complaint. But the feedback is only FALSE PROMISES, they say they will be picked up, but in fact they have never been picked up. My performance at the online shop is bad because of this and my customers are VERY DISAPPOINTED. The smart thing is at the shopee, it was not shown again if I had time to request a pick up because the package had already been sent. So it doesn't seem his fault.
PLEASE IMPROVEMENT IF YOU WANT TO COMPETE WITH OTHER COURIER SERVICES !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau kirim paket,ditanya isi apa?gue jwb asesoris mobil.trus diminta foto barangnya.lah gue ga sempet foto seblm packing.aneh bgt petugas exp nya.nanya detail bgt kayak gue ngirim barang terlarang.
Want to send a package, asked what's in it? I answered car accessories. Then I was asked to take a photo of the item. I didn't have a photo before packing. The exp officer was very strange. Asking for details like I was sending a prohibited item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket sampe 3hr tidak di pick up. Telpon cs call centre baru dia mau pick up. Besoknya sy wa suruh pick up cuman bilang ok.. dari pagi sampe malem ngk di pick up. Telpon cabang kedoya Selatan juga ngk pernah di angkat. Kasihan sama pemilik sih apa dia tau dengan kinerja buruk para pegawai nya.. kita penjual online juga kena komplain kalo paket lama padahal salah nya di jasa kirim. Sedih bgt kalo ada org kerjanya ngk amanah. Saran saya harus komplain ke customer service biar mereka dpt penalti dan bos nya jadi tau. Trims.
Packages up to 3 days are not picked up. Call the cs call center, he just wants to pick up. The next day, I told them to pick up, but they just said it was ok.. from morning to night it wasn't picked up. The call for the South Kedoya branch has also never been picked up. I feel sorry for the owner, does he know about the poor performance of his employees.. we online sellers also have to complain if the package is old even though it was the fault of the delivery service. It's really sad when someone doesn't trust you. My advice is to complain to customer service so they can get a penalty and the boss will know. thanks.
