Kerja itu yg profesional n jujur. Bukan seenak sendiri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop Point terparah sih ini, kirim paket Bandung - Jakarta uda 9 hari. Tracking terakhir tgl 29Nov disini. Kurir lelet ditelpon cuma bisa jawab akan dimaksimalkan tapi ga dikirim2 paketnya. Ngabisin pulsa aja. Uda ditelpon, diemail jawabnya sama. Udah tutup aja sih drop point ini reviewnya uda parah banget jeleknya.
Telpon CS katanya disuru tunggu 3x24 jam lah ini uda lebih dr 3 hari masi disuru tunggu sampe kapan??itu paket 5 kg loh ga kecil masa iya keselip.
Paket kan hak pelanggan, jangan ditahan2. Pulsa saya abis cuma buat telpon2 terus dan ga ada jawaban.
Updatean tgl 09 des : hari ini uda 11 hari ga ada itikad baik dari JNT email juga uda brp hari ga dibales2, boro2 dikabarin barang belum diterima juga dan endingnya seller inisiatif kirimin saya barang pengganti pake JNE YES kasian sellernya jadi rugi. Ga ada tanggung jawabnya sama sekali ini expedisi.
Update 10/12/20 : Masa tiba2 delivered by LOSS SCAN, siapa yg terima???
Parah banget deh beneran
This is the worst drop point, sending the Bandung - Jakarta package in 9 days. The last tracking date is November 29th here. Couriers are called slow, they can only answer, they will maximize but the packages are not sent. Don't waste your pulse. Called, emailed, same answer. Just closed this drop point, the review is really bad.
Called CS, they said they were told to wait 3x24 hours, it's been more than 3 days, but they were asked to wait until when?? It's a 5 kg package, isn't it small, when it slips.
Packages are the rights of customers, don't hold back. I ran out of credit just for making calls and there was no answer.
Update on December 09: today, it's been 11 days, there's been no goodwill from JNT. E-mail has also been a few days and no response, it's bad news that the item hasn't been received yet and in the end, the seller took the initiative to send me a replacement item using JNE YES, pity the seller lost. There is no responsibility at all for this expedition.
Update 10/12/20: When suddenly delivered by LOSS SCAN, who received it???

It's been the longest, every time there's a shipment from here, just be ready to stick here, my package is stuck here for 8 days, this is crazy.

My package from February 14 to March 1 is stuck here. It's been 3 weeks with no progress. Status is always still in this warehouse. The service is very bad. Many comments, complaints, complaints but there is no change at all. Please fix it. If this continues, why should the company run like this. A lot for consumers to lose this company

It's crazy that my goods from the 1st until now on the 21st of March have not been sent yet to Bekasi. I WILL NOT USE JNT LG KAPOK!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE HISTORY OF ONLINE BUYING.. By the way, the online shop is open, I don't use it anymore.. Jnt Bukalapak is blacklisted from my online shopping.
