★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu itu pernah mau retur barang ke shopee. si cs nya (yg wanita berhijab) nolak dan bilang rapihin dulu packingnya, padahal saya pakai packing yg sama dari penjual tsb, jadinya saya coba kirim aja ke cabang lain eh di terima.
Mungkin karna ga dikenakan biaya pelayanannya jadi seenaknya, cs disini ngga ramah sama sekali, jutek, bahkan ngga sopan kalo di bandingkan cabang lain. Kapok kirim barang kesini kalo cs nya masih sama, mending muter ke cabang lain yg lebih jauh tapi cs nya bisa sesuai SOP
 At that time I wanted to return goods to shopee. the cs (the woman in the hijab) refused and said to tidy up the packaging first, even though I used the same packaging from the seller, so I tried to send it to another branch, and it was accepted.
Maybe because the service fee is not charged, so it's arbitrary, the cs here are not friendly at all, rude, not even polite when compared to other branches. It's okay to send goods here if the cs are still the same, it's better to go to another branch that is further away but the cs can be according to the SOP

saya kasih thu di atas ya
jm 12 weekday datangnya sampai jm 6 sore klo mau kirim paket biasa
dan weekend jm 2 sore lah, nnti tutup jam 6 kayaknya jdi jam operasional sedikit seprtinya, klo drop shopee/cashless bisa sampai jm 8-9 mlm sih kayakanya(hti2 kena prank paket di kirim besok sih)
tanya aja dlu sebelum drop barang
sekian review saya semoga Bermanfaat untuk customer yang mau ke sini
dan perbaikan atau teguran untuk Merchant J&T nya
saya komplen memang bukan saya yg gaji kalian, tp saya komplain karena bensin saya hbis mondar-mandir tdk di layani karena tdk ada keterangan jelas faham sampai sini?
kalian dapat uang dri Jasa/pelayanan, baiknya di perbaikilah pelayanan biar lebih banyak dapat uangnya, Trimakasih!

Jm 12 weekday arrives until 6 pm if you want to send a regular package
and the weekend is at 2 pm, it will close at 6 pm I think the operating hours are a bit like, if you drop shopee/cashless you can arrive at 8-9 pm I guess (hti2 got pranked the package will be sent tomorrow anyway) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I complained that I wasn't the one who paid your salary, but I complained because my gas was running out of service, it wasn't served because there was no clear explanation. Do you understand here?
you get money from services, it's better to improve the service so you get more money, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah lebih setaun langganan disini, dan ngerasain banyak perubahan lumayan.. awalnya pelayanan kurang, jd ramah , untuk pengiriman nggak ada yg spesial kecuali paket terkirim dengan aman, beda sama brand j*e yang kadang gambling walau packing udh bubble.
It's been more than a year since I've been subscribed here, and I feel a lot of changes are pretty good.. at first the service was lacking, so friendly, for shipping there was nothing special except the package was sent safely, different from the j*e brand which sometimes gambled even though the packaging was bubbled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE, drop barang siang tapi sampai besok pagi itu barang belum di input, alhasil Seller lahhh yang jelek dimata buyer karna status di shopee "sedang dikemas". Semoga J&T pusat dapat kembali me review mitra/cabang yang performance buruk dan sudah banyak yang komentar mengenai ini
BAD SERVICE, drop the item in the afternoon but until tomorrow morning the item has not been inputted, as a result the seller is the bad one in the eyes of the buyer because the status at shopee is "packing". Hopefully the central J&T can return to reviewing partners/branches that are performing poorly and there have been many comments about this
