★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engga2 lgi dah ngirim disini , ngetik nya lama terus pelayanan nya buruk .. padahal udah sering ngirim disini dengan jumlah yang banyak dan satu lagi paket yang gak ke update gak ada padahal udah saya packing terus kalo di tanya gak ada pak , padahal banyak di laci bawah paketan yang gagal tapi gak pernah dikasih . Tolong di gantikan admin nya agr lebih baik lagi ke depannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak merekomendasikan pengiriman paket dengan J&T, terutama untuk daerah cangkupan DC Cibitung karena walaupum paket sudah sampai di DC Cibitung, paket tersebut tidak langsung dikirimkan ke konsumen dengan alasan "overload" dan ketika akan diambil langsung ke DC Cibitung juga tidak bisa dengan alasan "overload", jika overload dan konsumen mengambil sendiri paketnya bukan kah mengurangi tingkat overload tersebut?
Pertanyaannya " Overload" tersebut mau sampai kapan karena jika alasan yang dipakai adalah "overload" ketika paket tersebut tidak segera dikirimkan ke konsumen, akan terus menerus overload karena setiap hari akan ada paket baru yang datang.
Do not recommend sending packages by J&T, especially for the coverage area of DC Cibitung because even though the package has arrived at DC Cibitung, the package is not sent directly to consumers for the reason of "overload" and when it will be taken directly to DC Cibitung also cannot be due to "overload" , if it's overloaded and the consumer picks up the package himself, doesn't it reduce the level of the overload?
The question is "Overload" how long will it take because if the reason used is "overload" when the package is not immediately sent to the consumer, it will continue to be overloaded because every day there will be a new package that arrives.

The initial status of the package was being delivered 2 days in a row, then now it's on hold... where do you want Pulkam, really I don't really recommend using JNT if you go to Cibitung, it's better to change the expedition
