Tagihan sy 10rb, saya bayar pakai uang 50rb krn memang tdk ada uang lg.
Mba nya ngotot sy harus uang pas.
Sampe berulang kali ngeluh "kita ga ada kembalian" seakan menyuruh saya utk nukerin.
Loh saya ini pelanggan.
Anda penjual yg harus sedia uang kecil untuk kembalian!
Anda yg harus usaha.
Pdhl toko sedang sepi tp Anda tdk ada niat lgsg keluar buat tukerin.
Sampe sy yg suruh Anda dulu.
Benar-benar ini karyawan mental nya 0 besar.
Kalau Anda pemalas, jangan cari kerja di pelayanan. Hanya bikin citra perusahaan buruk!
Coba tolong ditraining ini pegawainya sangat memalukan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adminnya jutek semua gk ada yg ramah, & ada salah satu admin wanita yg kurang sopan .. mending ke j&t kukusan meski rada jauh tpi adminnya ramah bgt ..
The admins are jutek, none of them are friendly, and there is one female admin who is not polite.. it's better to go to the steamer even though it's a bit far away but the admin is very friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS dan petugas angkut barang sangat responsif, informatif dan pelayanannya ramah. Bisa tambah packing kayu dan asuransi untuk beberapa barang tertentu. Lumayan sedang ada promo 30%, sangat membantu.
CS and freight forwarders are very responsive, informative and the service is friendly. You can add wooden packing and insurance for certain items. Not bad that there is a 30% promo, very helpful.
