★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikin kapok akibat salah nempel resi alamat kirim yang salah. Bikin usaha saya hilang kepercayaan dari konsumen. Karna paketnya tertukar dan gak ada tangungjawabnya dari jnt ini secara serius. Perlakuan nya tidak nyaman plus bikin masalah fatal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong ya ibu yg kerja di jnt rambut keriting jgn judes2 jd org. Situ kan dibayar utk melayani costumer. Kok malah judes bgt. Kaya ga niat gitu kerjanya. Jadi males kl mau kirim paket lwt JnT. Tolong ini pemiliknya kasih tau tuh ibu2 keriting rambut pendek kurus, jadi cs yg ramah. Tanya baik2. Jgn belum apa2 udah di gas, motong pembicaraan. Sangat bad attitude. Ini bener2 bad experience??????

So lazy if you want to send a package via JnT. Please, the owner, let me know that the curly ladies have short skinny hair, so the cs are friendly. Ask nicely. Don't get anything on the gas yet, cut off the conversation. Very bad attitude. This is really a bad experience
