Very slow.. pick up service is abnormal until 3 days, there is no action to pick up goods.. the risk of olshop auto shop being hit by klcompline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mhon maaf sebelumnya tapi paket saya sudah 2 hari tidak diinput2 jd toko kena poin penalti walaupun kita kirimnya telat 1 hari atau bahkan tepat waktu. Bukan 1, 2 kali tapi ini udah kesekian kali. Saran aja buat yg kirim paket pantengin sampai diinput tungguin aja kaya jaman dulu tungguin sampai keluar resi fisik jangan cuma disimpen. Ditunggu nih Senin tgl 13 Maret 2022 pasti ga diinput lagi kecuali disamperin dulu ke gerai ditanyain knp ga diinput2. Mungkin nnti karungnya kehabisan LG atau CS nya ganti2 padahal kewajiban CS yg bertugas input paket yg blm berangkat
Sorry in advance but my package has not been inputted for 2 days, so the shop gets penalty points even though we send it 1 day late or even on time. Not 1, 2 times but this is the umpteenth time. Just a suggestion for those who sent the package, wait until it is inputted, just wait like in the old days, wait for the physical receipt to come out, don't just save it. Waiting for Monday, March 13, 2022, it won't be input again unless it's brought to the booth and asked why it wasn't inputted. Maybe later the sack will run out of LG or the CS will be replaced, even though it's the responsibility of the CS who is in charge of inputting packages that haven't left yet
