★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat super buruk. Msa ga melayani pengiriman antar pulau dan lucunya kalo barang ga nyampe ga boleh komplen. Astaga j&t cuma sekelas pengiriman antar RT ngapain tulis jasa pengiriman ke seluruh indonesia malu2in. Dah gt mna ga boleh komplen kalo ga nyampe.. yg layanin di ajak ngobrol buang muka. Parah2 j&t jgn mau pke jasa pengiriman ecek2 ini teman2. Liat aja cabang teluk gong ini jual jasa tp plyanan super buruk,seakan2 kita rendah bget ngemis2 gt ampe ngobrol aja di buang muka ga di layanin.
Very super bad service. Msa does not serve inter-island shipping and the funny thing is that if the goods don't arrive, you can't complain. Gosh J&T is only in the same class as delivery between RTs, why do you write a delivery service throughout Indonesia? How come you can't complain if you don't arrive... those who serve are invited to chat and look away. It's too bad, don't want to use this ecek2 delivery service, friends. Just look at the Teluk Gong branch that sells services, but the service is super bad, it's as if we're so low on begging that we don't even talk about our faces and we're not served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Input resinya lama sekali ya, sy taruh barang dr jam 5 sore sampai saat ini jam 2 pagi belum diinput jg. Takut barang hilang saja, barang hilang repot. Harus lihat cctv dl dll ☹️☹️. Tolong karyawannya lbh sigap dan cpt tanggap bos, pakai yg sudah berpengalaman, biar konsumen jg gk ngantri kalau pas drop off. JNT sekitaran teluk gong sih belum ketemu yg bagus memang
It's taking a long time to input the receipt, I put the items from 5 pm until now at 2 am it hasn't been inputted yet. Afraid of lost goods, lost goods is a hassle. Must see cctv etc etc ️☹️. Please, the employees are more alert and responsive, boss, use experienced ones, so that consumers don't queue up when they drop off. JNT around Gong Bay, I haven't found a good one yet
