★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir setiap hari sudah 49 kali ngirim barang di sini sejak mulai buka usaha online, tidak pernah ada masalah,proses cepat, namun tiba-tiba DI TOLAK dengan alasan untuk sekarang pengiriman BATU AKIK TIDAK BOLEH, saat di tanya ALASANNYA KATANYA TIDAK TAHU alias TIDAK JELAS… !!!
Pernah sekali di layani petugas laki-laki orangnya tidak ramah, pengetikan diresi banyak yang salah ketik, saat di koreksi eh malah marah-marah mengancam barang yang hendak saya kirim untuk di batalkan… ?
Almost every day, I have sent goods here 49 times since I started an online business, there has never been a problem, the process is fast, but suddenly REJECTED with the reason that for now the delivery of Agate CANNOT be, when asked the REASON SAYS YOU DON'T KNOW aka NOT CLEAR …!!!
Once served by a male officer, the person was not friendly, many of the clerks typed typos, when corrected, they even angrily threatened the goods I wanted to send to be canceled…?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini konter lebih banyak nolak barang dibanding kirim. Saya kirim obat (madu) di tolak tujuan Sumatera.. Utk orangtua. Padahal udah packing aman, dan kemasan bungkusan oke. Alasan karna luar pulau dan itu cairan. Sedangkan di konter jnt lain diterima.. Aneh
Kenapa SOP jnt tiap konter beda2, kalo memang ga bisa harusnya semua konter se Indonesia terapin hal yg sama.bagaimana Kalau anda bisnis madu online dan kirim melalui jnt dan di tolak!!! Padahal urgent utk obat ibu saya.. ?????????
This counter is more rejecting goods than sending. I sent the medicine (honey) to the destination of Sumatra .. For my parents. Even though the packing is safe, and the packaging is okay. The reason is because it's outside the island and it's fluid. While at other jnt counters accepted .. Strange
Why is the SOP for each counter different, if it is not possible all counters in Indonesia should apply the same thing. What if you are in the honey business online and send via jnt and rejected !!! Even though it is urgent for my mother's medicine .. ?????????
